Neighbors opposed to plans for a 30-unit townhome development on 4-plus acres of vacant land along Mammoth Road in Manchester raised concerns ranging from flooded wetlands and rodents to traffic safety issues for the neighborhood.
The latest comments came during a continued public hearing last week on the proposal, which was filed by the Fuss and O’Neill engineering firm on behalf of 39 Bremer Street LLC.
