Rebecca C. Barnard, age 80, passed away on December 4th, 2025 in Orlando, Florida. She is preceded in death by her twin sister, Betsy Lamaar.

Both taught in the Hamblen County School System. Cremation services have already been taken care of.

No services will be planned.
