BULLHEAD CITY — Christmas came early for the Bullhead City Police Department.
The department asked for — and received from the Bullhead City Council — approval for funding the purchase of non-lethal pepperball equipment used to help de-escalate potentially volatile situations. The council unanimously approved the use of $77,732.50 from the city's contingency fund to buy equipment, supplies and training from PepperBall, a division of Illinois-based United Tactical Systems. ×
