ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. (WNDU) - St. Joseph County leaders met Monday to build support for a third data center in New Carlisle ahead of an expected council vote Tuesday on the rezoning decision.

Dozens of community members supporting the project gathered for what organizers called a final push before the vote. Leaders addressed concerns and what they called misinformation circulating about the proposed development.

“All eyes tomorrow night are on the county council, and we hope they do the right thing for the people of St Joseph County and if we learn they decide to listen to the loudest voices in their ears, we’re just gonna have to get louder so let’s get this done,” said South Bend Mayor James Mueller.
