MUSKEGON, Mich. — Late Monday afternoon, friends and family of two people shot and killed at a home in Muskegon held a vigil and balloon release.

The shooting happened Saturday afternoon in the 600 block of Jackson Ave.

The crowd surrounded the home where Joshua Foundren Jr. and Cori Marie-May Watts were killed. Along with Joshua and Cori, three other people were hurt, including a four-year-old who was grazed by a bullet.

13 On Your Side spoke with Joshua's mom right after the vigil. She said she wasn’t surprised so many people showed up to support her son.
