JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KY3) -Just days before the deadline to turn in signatures, a Cole County judge hears arguments over whether 92,000 signatures should count.

The group behind a petition to recall Missouri’s new congressional map, People Not Politicians, is suing the Secretary of State; the lawsuit claims he’s trying to sabotage its efforts. The group must turn in the signatures on or before Dec. 11 if it is going to successfully block the new map from going into effect. Judge Christopher Limbaugh is weighing the arguments heard in court on Monday and will make a decision at a later date.
