KEARNEY, Neb. (KSNB) - A Kearney man received a $1 million bond after being arraigned in Buffalo County Court on multiple felony charges following a weekend shooting incident.
Remberto Marroquin Jr., 36, is charged with first-degree assault, use of a firearm to commit a felony and unlawful discharge of a firearm.
Kearney police received a call from a woman who said a man she knew was chasing her in a vehicle at 7:26 a.m. Saturday. The man was shooting at the vehicle she was a passenger in near 12th Avenue and West 21st Street.
Another man was driving that vehicle and drove directly to the Kearney/Buffalo County Law Enforcement Center to meet officers.
