“Greater Love Hath No Man”

It is with deep sorrow that we announce William H. “Bill” Parker of Moundsville WV has been laid to rest. Bill was a hardworking man who loved nothing more than his family. He met his beautiful wife, Tracy when they were just teenagers. They became young parents and married as soon as they could! Their marriage has truly stood the test of time.

He was born on October 23, 1967 in Bellaire, Ohio; the son of the late William E. and Nora C. VanPelt Parker.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Bridget Offerd.

Bill is survived by his five loving children, Justin Parker, Alicia (Mark) Parker, Kenneth Parker, Nicholas (fiance, Shelby Holmes) Parker and Christian (fiance, David Solomon) Parker; four adorable grand- children, Kendall Park
