Wellington Middle-High School will be closed again Dec. 9 because of smoke damage from a fire in the wood shop Dec. 8, Principal Troy Krotz said in an email to students, families and staff.

Depending on the progress of the cleanup and mitigation work, the school may switch to synchronous remote learning Dec. 10, following its usual bell schedule, Krotz wrote in the second of two Dec. 8 emails to students, families and staff. Poudre School District spokesperson John Cope shared the emails with the Coloradoan.
