Leading scorers Malik Underwood and Jamison McCann combined for 8 of Ridgefield’s 12 points in overtime to help the Spudders to a 78-74 overtime victory in Monday’s non-league boys basketball game in Ridgefield.

Underwood finished with a team-best 27 points and McCann added 22. Ridgefield and Fort were tied at 66 after 32 minutes.

Jaxen Appelt poured in a game-high 32 points for Fort Vancouver. He hit six 3-pointers, including four in the second quarter to help Fort to a 37-30 halftime lead. He also had all eight of the Trappers’ overtime points.

COLUMBIA RIVER 74, HERITAGE 41 — The Rapids had four players reach double figures in scoring and held visiting Heritage scoreless the final quarter in their non-league victory.
