A teenager is wanted by police after a 14-year-old boy suffered a "partial amputation" when he was viciously hacked with a machete. The knife-wielding attacker's accomplice Declan Pendlebury was yesterday locked up for nearly two decades, having been found guilty of attempted murder in connection with the shocking assault.

But the man who inflicted the victim's gruesome wounds remains on the run. Merseyside Police have now issued a public appeal for information over the whereabouts of Robin Singh, who is suspected to have fled the country.
