Olivia is the UK’s second most commonly adopted name, with Charlie , Alexander, and Ellie also popular. The analysis was conducted by name label manufacturer mynametags.com , and found names likes James, Michael, and Susan, topping the list of the most ditched.

Meanwhile, the classic British name Elizabeth appears on both lists, with almost as many people choosing to adopt the name as they do ditch it.
