Two men have been charged in connection with a suitcase robbery after a woman was pepper sprayed in an alleged attempt to steal her suitcase.

Tyrone Richards, 31, and Anton Clarke-Butcher, 24, have both been charged with two counts of robbery and two counts of administering a noxious substance, according to HM Courts and Tribunal Service staff.

The alleged attack took place at a multi-storey car park at Terminal 3 of Heathrow Airport on Sunday. The incident saw 21 people injured, including a three-year-old girl, and five people were taken to hospital for treatment.
