A Monterey-area man was arrested for allegedly giving away handfuls of free marijuana to the patrons and workers of a Seaside restaurant, according to the Monterey County Herald.
Police were called to the Buffalo Wild Wings at 4 p.m. Monday where Randy Lange, 57, was found "wrapping marijuana in napkins and handing it out to people in the business," the newspaper reported.
He put cannabis in the eatery's tip jar as well as into the hands of an employee, while allegedly informing his beneficiaries that "he was Santa and that he had a gift for them," according to police.
Cops found two pounds of "pre-packaged marijuana" on Lange, who was arrested for "furnishing marijuana," according to the newspaper.
