Storm Bram is set to bring a 'double-edged' threat of 60mm rain and 85mph winds in the next few hours, a top forecaster has told Mirror .
"Danger to life" weather warnings for rain and wind are currently in place across parts of Scotland , Wales and south-west England as the second named storm of the year hits, with flooding and toppled trees already causing disruption on the roads and rails.
