Legal Director of Immigration Services and Legal Advocacy Homero Lopez Jr. says his clients have been detained with open immigration court cases during the federal immigration crackdown in southeast Louisiana and southern Mississippi, Operation Catahoula Crunch. He says their cases often come in two forms.
