Late-night host Jimmy Kimmel has signed a one-year contract extension with ABC. The comedian was briefly suspended in September after backlash over comments he made about the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk. Kimmel's contract was due to expire next May; he's now due to stay on the air through May of 2027.
