KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Riverview Tower on 900 South Gay Street is now up for sale, according to Wood Properties, which is listing the building.

The building is 23 stories tall and features an attached 421-space parking garage. The nearly 335,000-square-foot building was constructed in 1985. The floor-to-ceiling windows feature views of the University of Tennessee, Krutch Park, downtown, Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the Tennessee River.

“It’s not often that a downtown Knoxville tower building hits the market, so this is an incredible opportunity,” said SVN | Wood Properties president George Brown. “Bucking national trends, Downtown Knoxville’s office market is extremely healthy, and Riverview Tower is the best office building downtown."
