DICKINSON — The Theodore Roosevelt National Park Wild Horses Protection Act (S. 1377) was heard this morning by a subcommittee of the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, which met to receive testimony on pending legislation. Senator John Hoeven, who was recently onsite in Medora to celebrate the reopening of the South Unit Scenic Loop Road, spoke warmly during the brief portion of the hearing dedicated to comments and questions about the bill.
