The Lok Sabha is set for another heated debate on Tuesday (December 9). The Lower House of Parliament is set to take up a full-scale discussion on electoral reforms, including the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls. The Opposition has been demanding a discussion on the same for many days, and a census between the Treasury Bench and the Opposition was reached last week.
Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, will lead the Opposition’s intervention today, while Union Law Minister Arjun Meghwal is scheduled to reply on Wednesday.
