CHARLESTON, W.Va. — For the second time in as many runs, the Powerball jackpot has surpassed the $900 million mark, posting an estimated $930 million jackpot for Wednesday’s drawing. The lump sum cash value for the prize is currently estimated at $429 million.

“We are in an incredible time in the jackpot culture,” said Deputy Director of Marketing Danielle Snidow. “This is the second jackpot run in as many where we have either reached or almost reached one billion dollars.
