A man arrested for allegedly threatening No Kings protestors in Monroe was a no show for a Dec. 8 court hearing, according to the judge's office and one of the alleged victims.
Lee Victor Trevino was scheduled to appear before Judge Michael Brown in First District Court on Monday, Dec. 8, for a probable cause conference. A bench warrant will be issued for his arrest, according to the judge's office.
"I hope that he is apprehended as soon as possible.... before he is able to follow through on his threats," said Katybeth Davis, founder of Good Trouble Monroe who said she is a victim in the case. "I thank the Monroe County Prosecutors office and the Monroe Public Safety Department for taking this matter seriously."
