The Colorado Rapids permanently acquired defender Noah Cobb from Atlanta United on Tuesday, the clubs announced.
In exchange for the 20-year-old center back, Atlanta receives $525,000 in general allocation money across the next two seasons.
Atlanta also retains a sell-on percentage and could receive up to $250,000 in addition GAM if certain performance-based incentives are achieved.
Cobb joined Colorado on loan in July and started five matches for the Rapids across all competitions.
The Tennessee native appeared in 35 MLS matches with Atlanta from 2023-25.
