"That temptation is so real," said Melanie McGovern, spokesperson for the BBB with our National Consumer Unit. "That's where we see a lot of people running into trouble."

This year's trendiest toys — from viral collectibles like Labubu to big-brand characters — aren't cheap. That makes them prime targets for copycats and scammers who post look‑alike listings on social media and major marketplaces.
