News anchor Curt Menefee is leaving Fox 5’s “Good Day New York,” where he has been a co-host alongside longtime anchor Rosanna Scotto for nearly two years.
“January will be two years since I’ve been doing ‘Good Day New York,’ but I’m not coming back in 2026,” Menefee said during the show on Tuesday morning.
His last day in the anchor seat at “Good Day New York” was set for Dec. 19.

Menefee will continue his role as the host of Fox NFL Sunday, along with hosting special sporting events like the Belmont Stakes and US Open Golf.
He has been at Fox Sports since 1997, starting as a sideline reporter and later serving as a play-by-play announcer for the network’s NFL, USFL and NFL Europe coverage.
