BATH COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - A man died Monday evening after his pickup truck overturned on Kentucky Route 36 in Bath County.
Kentucky State Police Post 8 was contacted by Bath County Dispatch at approximately 5:15 p.m. Monday about the single-vehicle collision.
According to KSP’s preliminary report, 43-year-old Robert K. Brown, of Sharpsburg, was driving a GMC Sierra eastbound on KY 36 around the 2300 block when he lost control of the vehicle. The truck left the roadway and overturned, coming to rest on its top.
Brown was taken to St. Joseph Hospital in Mt. Sterling, where he later died from his injuries.
The crash remains under investigation by Kentucky State Police.
