LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - The Michigan Department of Natural Resources will be granting $1,920,100 for parks 15 communities.

The funds come from the state’s Recreation Passport, a $14 annual pass required to access 103 state parks and 140 state campgrounds, historic sites, boating sites and trails.

In Mid-Michigan, $150,000 will go to the Vevay Township Community Park Restroom.

$150,000 will go to the Clinton Trails County Park, and another $150,000 will go to the Senior Center Citizen park Renovation in St. Johns.
