A fully leased retail investment anchored by a Lowe’s hardware center in Mount Olive has sold for $27.9 million.

The Gardens sale included nine properties totaling more than 167,000 square feet, according to a statement from JLL Capital Markets, which arranged the transaction.

JLL represented the seller, Rivani , in the deal.

The sale included eight properties across seven pad sites covering 32,493 square feet, plus a single-tenant Lowe’s spanning 135,039 square feet.

National tenants include Lowe’s, Applebee’s, LongHorn Steakhouse, Panera Bread, Wells Fargo, McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Panda Express and Chipotle.
