Well-known global soda and snack maker PepsiCo says it plans to help families with rising food prices starting early next year.
In a 2026 financial outlook plan unveiled Monday, the company said it recognizes cutting costs is essential to ensuring customers are able to afford the products they love.
While specifics on price cuts were not mentioned, the company said it is taking a targeted approach to create affordable price points for various brands.
PepsiCo owns popular brands like Pepsi, Doritos, Gatorade, Cheetos and Lay’s chips.
The company will also trim about 20% of the products it sells, it stated. Yet, the company said it doesn’t plan to stop the introduction of new products. The recently announced Simply NKD chip brand is already starting to appear in stores. The chips are
