Here are the steps:

Melt 1/4 cup of unsalted butter in a skillet over medium heat

Add 1 cup of brown sugar, stir until dissolved

Mix in 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon and 1/4 cup of banana liqueur

Slice two ripe bananas lengthwise, add them to the skillet

Cook for 1-2 minutes, until bananas are caramelized

Carefully add 1/4 cup of dark rum and ignite to flambé (optional)

Serve immediately over vanilla ice cream
