KISS Star Gene Simmons Says It's 'Criminal' Musicians Aren't Paid for Radio Play

Musician Gene Simmons of KISS said it's 'criminal' that artists aren't paid when their music is played on AM and FM radio stations in the US and it's a particularly big problem for new musical groups. Simmons testified in support of the American Music Fairness Act in front of a Senate panel earlier in the week. He speaks to Joe Mathieu about the issue on "Balance of Power."
