4th Circuit Appears to Be Divided on Firing of CIA Officers Assigned to DEI Programs

An apparently divided U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit panel seemed skeptical Wednesday of the Justice Department’s bid to lift an order blocking the CIA from firing 19 intelligence officers who were assigned to diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility, or DEIA, programs.
