If this is your first time hearing this… I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but technically, it’s *not even winter yet.* I know, I know — if you’re like me, the moment the temperature dips below 50 degrees, your brain immediately declares, “Yup, winter has arrived.” But the official first day of winter isn’t until December 21.

Four Long Months Ahead

And bear with me here… If we’re not even in the heart of winter yet, that means we’ve still got a long four months ahead of us. Is your seasonal depression kicking in yet?
