Our Community Foundation has announced the Teaching Innovator Grant recipients for fall semester projects. Washington Catholic Schools received a $250 grant to support the Reflect and Refine with iPad Project. Adair Hedrick accepted the award and was named a Teaching Innovator.

The Reflect and Refine with iPad Project introduces the use of an iPad as a tool for a Literacy Coach to capture classroom moments, provide real-time feedback, and engage in self-reflection. This enhances coaching and offers a more meaningful, personalized support for teachers and ultimately better outcomes for students. It brings a modern, tech-driven layer to instrumental coaching.
