Ring in the new year in Baroda with new family friendly event

If you’re looking for a good, family friendly way to spend New Year’s Eve, how about heading to Baroda?

Round Barn Brewery founder Matt Moersch tells us he’s helping to organize a new event, the Countdown on First Street, with the intent of being fun for all ages. The celebration will run from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.

“ All the hospitality businesses will be open,” Moersch said. “ We’re going to have live ice carvings several times. We’ll have eight different sculptures. We’re going to have wagon rides provided by Fruitful Vine up and down the street. Each business has a special. We’re having a featured dinner, so is TJ’s.”
