One of two people in possible connection to a burglary, a car chase and shots fired in Mount Shasta and McCloud was arrested, Siskiyou County Sheriff Jeremiah LaRue announced late Tuesday night.
The county's Special Response Team arrested Stephen Kristopher Robles around 9 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 9, LaRue announced on social media.
Robles was hiding out in a 2-story garage on Minnesota Avenue in McCloud, said sheriff’s spokesperson Sage Milestone said Wednesday morning. Deputies surrounded the building after drone footage suggested Robles was hiding in the upstairs. He came out peacefully and surrendered to deputies.
