As part of the ongoing investigation of Case FIR No. 10/2024 under Sections 10 and 13 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, Sopore Police today conducted coordinated searches at multiple locations linked to members of the banned organisation Tehreek-e-Hurriyat.

Searches were carried out at the residential houses and premises of the following individuals:

1. Zaffar Islam @ Yadullah Peer, S/O Abdul Rasheed Peer, R/O Dangerpora

2. Lateef Ahmad Kaloo, S/O Ghulam Nabi Kaloo, R/O Hanfia Colony, Arampora Sopore

3. Mohammad Ashraf Malik, S/O Mohammad Abdullah Malik, R/O Tawheed Bagh Sopore

The searches were conducted in the presence of an Executive Magistrate, after obtaining valid search warrants from the Hon’ble Court of Special Judge UAPA, Sopore.
