There were plenty of strong performances over the past week from high school athletes all across Central Wisconsin as Winter sports makes its return.

Athletes from Marshfield, Stevens Point, Wausau and Wisconsin Rapids delivered key performances to help their teams come away with victories.

GIRLS BASKETBALL:

Kennedy Konkol, Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln: Konkol led the Red Raiders to a victory over Wausau West on Dec. 5 scoring 21 points while adding three rebounds and six steals.
