OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - A light dusting of snow fell in a few spots overnight but most of the area wakes up with fairly quiet weather Thursday morning. There is the chance of some more light snow north and northeast of the metro through the day as well.
A wide range of highs and weather conditions will be in the area this afternoon. Highs in the 30s are likely over much of Iowa but could spike into the 50s in our western counties. There will be more sunshine west and more clouds east.
Clouds are likely to thicken up overnight into Friday morning and stick with us most of Friday too. NNW wind gusts up near 30 mph are likely Friday morning before decreasing quite a bit into the afternoon. Highs in the lower 30s are likely and won’t feel very warm given all the clouds. A few more snow showers
