Hyderabad, Dec 11 (Maxim News) : Telangana experienced the coldest morning of the year on Thursday, with several parts of the state recording single-digit minimum temperatures.

Under the influence of cold wave conditions , mercury dropped to a chilling 7.2 degree Celsius in Hyderabad Central University (HCU), Serilingampally, 8.3 degree C at Rajendranagar and 8.9 at Moula Ali in the early hours of Thursday.

According to temperature data from TSDPS, the lowest temperature in the state was registered in Komaram Bheem Asifabad at 5.4 degree C , closely followed by Rangareddy district at 5.5 degree C .
