Taylor Swift has been atop the music industry for nearly 20 years, releasing hit song after hit song to the delight of Swifties worldwide. But does she have a favorite? Well, we found out on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert on Wednesday night.
When pressed for an answer on her five favorite songs from her catalogue, Swift had trouble coming up with a full list but had a clear No. 1: All Too Well (Taylor's Version). The 10-minute song is from her 2021 album Red (Taylor's Version) and is rumored to detail her ugly breakup with actor Jake Gyllenhaal.
Swift also mentioned she can't get enough of her latest album, The Life of a Showgirl, while naming mirrorball as one of her other favorite songs.
It's clear Swift has long held an affinity for All Too Well (Taylor's Version) as she even wrote and directed a short film to accompany the song. The short stars Sadie Sink from Stranger Things and The Maze Runner's Dylan O'Brien, and as of writing it has over 109 million views.
We'll see if Swift rounds out her five favorites soon, but Swifties can take relief in knowing which song is ahead of them all right now.
