A 19-year-old from Pembroke pleaded guilty on Wednesday to creating child sex abuse material (CSAM) involving a 10-year-old and distributing it on X.
Matthew Quinn pleaded guilty in Brockton Superior Court to five counts related to his crimes. He was sentenced to serve up to five years in state prison, followed by five years in probation.
Quinn must register as a sex offender upon release, stay away and have no contact with the child or other children under the age of 16 and undergo a mental health and sex offender screening. His electronic devices will be monitored during probation and he cannot consume cannabis.
