Sanju Samson is not playing for India in the second T20I against South Africa. The wicketkeeper-batter from Kerala, who scored three T20I centuries last year, was left out of India’s playing XI for the series opener in Cuttack on Tuesday, and the Indian team management decided to retain the same XI for the second match as well, which is being played at Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium in Mullanpur, New Chandigarh, on Thursday (December 11).

The Indian team management’s decision to leave Samson out of the playing XI raised eyebrows in Cuttack, and the fans are not happy with another Sanju snub.
