Senate to vote on health care plans as millions face higher bills

The Senate is expected to vote this morning on a Democratic proposal to extend Affordable Care Act subsidies for another three years, as well as a GOP plan that focuses on expanding health savings account eligibility without extending the tax credits. Neither is expected to get the 60 votes needed to pass the Senate. #CNN #News
