Researchers have observed dolphins and killer whales hunting together for the first time as part of a new study released on Thursday, Dec. 11.
The top predators joined forces to feast on salmon off the coast of British Columbia. Researchers captured footage of the mammals engaging in cooperative behavior between Aug. 15-30, 2020, showing they may have formed a relationship that provides mutual benefits.
