The Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a homicide that occurred Thursday morning in the 3000 block of George Washington Memorial Highway at the Tri-Rivers ASAP.

Deputies were called to that location around 8:40 a.m. after the caller said they saw another man leaving the area.

Once on scene, deputies located the victim, 43-year-old Branden Patrick Green, an employee at Tri-Rivers ASAP, dead, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Investigators determined Steve A. Curry, 66, of Lancaster County, was the suspect.

Deputies said the two men knew each other and that it was not a random act of violence.

As a precaution, nearby schools were notified and briefly went into a secure mode while deputies conducted an extensive search for the suspect. After the Gloucester County
