A brief question about a payment on the town council’s agenda Wednesday night was quickly addressed by officials at what was otherwise a swift meeting.

Councilman Joshua Wanisko, one of the council’s newly appointed members, asked about Check #3946 on the bills list. It was the only question of the meeting.

Wanisko asked, “I’d like to know what Bill #3946 is for? What date range did it cover? What services were received?”

Attorney Richard Wenner explained the check covered placemaking fees incurred over multiple months. He said more details would be provided upon the councilman’s request.

Bill #3946 is addressed to Alex Ibarra in the amount of $6,300.
