MANITOU SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - Crews in Manitou Springs are responding to a reported water main break that is expected to take several hours to fix.

According to the City of Manitou Springs, the break is at El Monte and Manitou Avenue.

The city says residents in the surrounding area may experience intermittent water service disruptions during repairs, including low pressure or temporary outages. Some may also notice water discoloration as service is restored.

If this occurs, run cold water from the bathtub or the lowest faucet in the home for five minutes or until the water runs clear.
