BEMENT, Ill. (WAND) - Bement is canceling its Christmas parade due to projected cold weather.
The Bement Community Council posted the fire truck will bring Santa to Crossroads at 11 a.m. Santa visits will start at 11:15 in the west room on the stage.
Breakfast with Santa for those who have tickets, Santa visits, lunch by Judy's Kitchen, the kids' shop, and story time will all still take place at Crossroads.
The council will have free cookies and hot cocoa in the west room with Santa. The vendors will still be selling their goods at the Lions Club Building from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with chili being served by the Senior Class. Top Stories:
