ANDERSON, S.C. —

The owners of a dispensary in Anderson, South Carolina, have been charged with trafficking marijuana after a search was conducted at the business, according to the police chief.

The Anderson Police Department said that on July 31, 2025, Special Operations Division officers executed a search warrant at the Abduction Dispensary at 124 Commons Parkway, following an ongoing investigation into unlawful activity at the business.

During the search, investigators said they seized illegal products determined to contain Delta-9 THC levels exceeding the state-mandated threshold of 0.03 percent, in violation of South Carolina law.

Police said that following the search, arrest warrants were served on the store’s owners and manager. The owners were charged with trafficking marijuana
